Money is naturally one of the biggest concerns especially if you work freelance, you are likely to have an irregular or uncertain income. It doesn't matter whether you consider yourself as being good with money numbers or not. To be successful, you have to take ownership of your finances and know what you need to earn to survive. The good news is that it's not too difficult to do.
In this workshop, Alison Grade will take you through the steps to creating your Individual Living Budget and then how to use this to work out how much work you need to do across a year to pay the bills and then how to determine your value in the marketplace.
The workshop will cover:
How much do I need to earn to live the life I want to lead?
What do I need to charge my clients to achieve this?
How much work do I need to do in any year?
What is my value in the marketplace
This workshop is aimed at those whose freelancing work is in the creative industries and who primarily sell their services (their time) to businesses.
