During the session, Alison will:
Use a creative business case study to build a cash flow projection live
Discuss the assumptions made to build the cash flow
Examine any crunch points in the cash flow
Use the cash flow projections to examine profitability and sustainability
By the end of the session participants will feel confident to build their own cash flow projections for their business.
